What I process
Only what you send me: your name, e-mail or phone and your message — via the website chat, e-mail, phone or a call booking. Text typed into “What takes up too much time in your company?” is not sent anywhere; it is processed in your browser only.
Why and on what basis
To answer your inquiry and prepare an offer (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet legal obligations if we work together.
Where the data lives
On my server in the EU (Contabo, Germany). Chat messages reach me via Slack (Slack Technologies, transfer to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). I don't sell or share your data.
How long
For as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any cooperation, then at most 2 years; accounting records as required by law.
Cookies and tracking
No analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie, `lang`, remembers your language choice; the chat keeps an identifier of the open conversation in your browser.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Just write to jsem@martin-sabata.cz. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
